Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our store, select your item and size, and add it to your cart. Checkout is quick and secure through Shopify — we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has gone into production, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Every product has its own size chart — check the product page before ordering. Size labels like S, M, and L are not standardized across all styles. We recommend measuring a garment you already own and comparing it to the product measurements. Visit our Size Guides page for more tips.

Production & Shipping
Where is my merch made?
Our merch is produced by Tapstitch, a print-on-demand manufacturer. Each item is made to order, which means your piece is created specifically for you after you place your order.
How long does production take?
Most orders are produced within 3–7 business days before shipping. This is in addition to your shipping transit time.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide through Tapstitch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Issues
What is your return policy?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues — so please check the size chart carefully before ordering. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away and we will make it right.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
