At Dressed By Kim, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dressedbykim.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Please note: As all items are custom printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns for any other reason.
